The Kingfisher is the perfect place to start the day. Take a seat and we will serve you freshly prepared coffee or tea while you help yourself to our fantastic international buffet breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food, a selection of freshly baked bread, cereals, yoghurts and, for the more serious breakfasters, how about a fully cooked breakfast of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, corn fritters and more?
Try our live cooking stations serving delicious thick and fluffy omelettes filled with big chunks of any condiment you like. Pancakes and waffles are also freshly prepared. How about a topping of fresh fruit, some locally produced Gambian honey or a fresh juice prepared with locally grown fruit such as mango?
The restaurant has a fully air conditioned non-smoking dining room inside and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the garden, the pool and the distant ocean.
