Malimbe Restaurant
The Malimbe restaurant has it all. Located poolside, it serves an à la carte lunch menu followed by a different themed buffet each evening.
There are live cooking stations, including pasta, and a live grill station, where you can enjoy locally caught prawns, fresh chicken, meat and seafood, including whole fish from the charcoal barbecue. Then to finish, our dessert station has tempting desserts, home-made by our in-house pastry chef.
While you’re enjoying your meal, we will provide live entertainment and a band playing each evening.
Opening hours: 09.00 to midnight, seven days a week.
